Actually jumped into a “draw x character in y outfit” post on Hoyolab and drew this Scaramouche/Wanderer request made by Kaya. Haven’t drawn in ages, had a fight with his shoes, but honestly… it was nice to draw again. Maybe I should do more of these, since le brain fog seems to have trouble motivating itself to draw anything at all for like… years now. Hmmhmmm.

Lineart version included for anyone who wants to color it, just leave my signature in there for credit. Enjoy your new sleep paralysis demon. XD

Base sketch done in mechanical pencil, lines done with black .20mm Micron pen, colored in Photoshop 5.5 with a trackball mouse.

One of these things is not like the other.

Standard opinion: Definitely not meta.
Enemy opinion: Disgusting. Please stop. No, like, really… please… somebody send help…

The EU gang’s Albedo is fully built and wrecking shit in any comp I throw him into. This particular team is what I’m currently using to blast domains fast, as well as farm all the heckin’ mob drops that three new weapons have required (the EU peeps don’t do much exploration so they don’t have a massive stash like my two US AR60 accounts). Apparently it is possible to gear Albedo as a more meta hyperbloom buffer but I love his geo kit and didn’t spend months prefarming Husk just to chuck it for another set.

Barbara is running R5 Mappa Mare with high-EM Paradise Lost (she’s usually the driver for this team), Nahida is running R1 Widsith with DPS Deepwood, and Kuki is running R1 Xiphos’ Moonlight with high-EM Paradise Lost. Albedo is in the flex spot that usually has either high-EM Gilded Dendro Traveler or full-HP Tenacity Layla.

Crit Luocha vs Simulated Universe deer boss, go!

Build included for reference, this being the main account version and it was a very well-buffed Elation run. Usually he’s lucky if his ult gets around 30k in normal play against a large number of critters. Definitely worth going crit as he heals just fine in this build; the f2p challenge gang’s variant is E2 running his purple light cone and the same build for similar results.

Bonus shots of the f2p challenge gang’s Jing Yuan doing what is possibly a personal record in Simulated Universe (Elation is such a crutch lol), and a 900k event-buffed hit on le main account during one of the Penacony combat event battles… I think it was Kafka’s ult but I honestly can’t remember now. O.o;;

Yeah I kinda pulled out the Yashiro Commissioner on you… that’s all.

Eternal-AR35 fish/farm world shenanigans, EU server. High-EM Ayato and Dehya plus shieldbot Zhongli and support Bennett running decent purple artifacts with everything at cap level, they wreck their content on the rare occasion they actually get played.

Hmmm, wat dis? Riddick is back in the Commonwealth? Yep, and it’s not his old playthrough, which was done on Very Hard mode and is still technically backed up all safe and sound… but since I have a clean save from before fighting anything in Vault 111, I decided it was high time Goggles got a shot at Survival difficulty.

According to my notes, his original playthrough reached level 72 and burned 147 hours. Not bad, but eh, he didn’t even finish Far Harbor and the hankering to redo him has poked my brainspace several times. There are things I regret from his original run… not only did I feel somewhat “meh” ending the main story on the Railroad side of things, but it was also the only pro-raider game where I sided against Mason in Nuka World. Never again, big ol’ buddy, never again. I’m still sorry about that.

So yeah. We’re gonna try for sneaky blitz melee with a side of sniper, which is technically flipped in emphasis from his old version, as the blitz melee thing was added to his skillset way at the end. I think that was when I started my first successful Survival run, aka my beloved Wednesday, and Ridds tested the sneaky-VATS-melee concept for me before I dove into her insanity. So, time to throw Goggles back out into the cold, cruel world and make him dress like a doof until he finds better gear. XD

Meanwhile me sitting here owning a large organizer tub full of VHS tapes and wondering if I should just bite the bullet and finally get rid of them.

I don’t even have a VCR anymore.

Also, that tub weighs more than it has any right to for a bunch of plastic and magnetic tape.

The event staff made me do it.

C6 Zhongli on the f2p challenge gang, shown here with his highest heal so far and some lulz from co-op where I tested this exact build with a couple randos. It worked really well, and I’m not sure I want to tweak it beyond maybe fiddling with substats. I’m also not sure what a healing hat would do by comparison, or 4pc maidens, or changing out to 2pc hp/hp passives with full hp stats on everything… hmm I should actually have the pieces for that last variant, possibly with a healing hat to throw in for testing purposes versus HP. More hp makes the shield beefier but would lower the actual heal amount. Hrrm.

Anyways whatevs, I’m actually really pleased with this build. Not sure I would trust it somewhere like co-op max-level Azhdaha and it is much harder to pull off versus something that moves around a lot or flies, like the start of that co-op game which was mid-fight at the Aeonblight Drake and it went into flight mode right after I loaded in. It’d be really rough somewhere that pillars are immediately destroyed, like at heckin’ Oceanid… unless there’s someone in the comp with a lot of energy generation. Hrrm.
